Festival du Voyageur is always on the lookout for skilled and devoted volunteers to join its team. Its volunteer policy and recognition program makes for an entertaining and educational experience. Volunteers are invited to choose from a wide variety of task enabling them to put their own skills and interests at good use. By volunteering with Festival du Voyageur, you’re doing much more that showing your support to a winter celebration; you’re connecting with a passionate family!

Volunteering at the 2010 Great-West Life School Program

HéHo! We are looking for grade 11 & 12 bilingual students from French and French Immersion Schools to volunteer for the Great-West Life School Program. Students who want to accumulate volunteer hours or practice their French outside the classroom are welcome. Dates available to French Immersion groups are: Friday, February 12th, Tuesday, February 16th and Wednesday, February 17th, 2010. Only students with excellent French oral skills will be asked to volunteer on the French School dates of Thursday, February 18th and Friday, February 19th, 2010.

Volunteer information will be offered the day of the volunteering experience.  It is absolutely essential that all students arrive on time to receive their instructions in order to make it an enjoyable day for all.
