Fort Gibraltar offers, to those who would like a more fulfilling experience, a series of special packages. Whether you’re visiting alone or with a large group, there’s something special for you!

All these packages can be purchased through the Festival du Voyageur inc. , in person, at 233 Provencher Boulevard or by calling (204) 237-7692.

Dash to the Past
This package, in partnership with the Splash Dash Water Bus Services, gives you the opportunity to start your tour from The Forks dock. The package includes a return trip on the Splash Dash Water Taxi and a pass to Fort Gibraltar. (Click here for a detailed description, in PDF file format)

Travelling or corporate groups

Voyageur Folklore: All Fun and Games
Learn to kill time like the voyageurs would do back in the day. With your group, take part in a gigging workshop, sing songs of the Voyageurs and enjoy succulent meals. (Click here for a detailed description, in PDF file format)

What’s Your Role?
Take part in the day-to-day task of the Fort Gibraltar’s occupant. With the help of our interpreters learn to build a “ballot”, forge metal and make a proper fire with flint and steel. Fort Crawl*
This package will teach you to party like a true Voyageur! Raise your glasses, sing songs and dance the night away with the many character of the Fort Gibraltar. This package, with a maximum attendance of 125 guests and available all year-long, includes: a Voyageur small drinking glass, six samples of traditional drink, live music in the Maison du Bourgeois, costumed interpretation in the other stations and most of all, a party atmosphere like no other!
