Tired of being constrained to drab meeting rooms? Looking for something completely different for your event? Unique meeting spaces are available to you in the Maison du Bourgeois at Fort Gibraltar. Staff dressed in historical costumes add to the setting.

Room rentals are determined by a minimum food service order before gratuities and taxes. When this amount has been reached, there is no charge for the rental of the room.
The rooms we have available and their respective capacities and rental rates (8:00 am – 4:00 pm or 6:00 pm – 1:00 am) are:
The Great Hall
• 120 people maximum for a sit-down dinner
• 188 people maximum for a stand-up reception
• Minimum food service order: $1000.00
The Partner’s Room
• 48 people maximum for sit-down dinner
• 60 people maximum for a stand-up reception
• Minimum food service order: $500.00
Maison Chaboillez
• 48 people maximum for sit-down dinner
• 60 people maximum for a stand-up reception
• Minimum food service order: $500.00
A variety of room set-ups can be accommodated, depending on the number of people (u-shape, boardroom style, classroom style, half-rounds, etc.)
Breakfast buffet prices range from $7.50 per person to $18.95 per person
Lunch buffet prices range from $14.95 per person to $18.95 per person
4-course served dinners and dinner buffet prices range from $31.00 per person to $45.00 per person
Coffee breaks and a variety of refreshments are also available
A/V equipment rental can be provided
